By using our Group Buy service, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS) and accept the shared nature of the tools provided.
2. Group Buy Model
- All accounts and subscriptions under the Group Buy model are officially purchased by Artifixtools.com.
- We acknowledge that some tools’ TOS may not explicitly permit subscription sharing. We respect those terms and will promptly address any concerns raised by service providers.
- If a service provider believes subscription sharing violates their terms, they may contact us under our DMCA policy, and appropriate action will be taken.
- By using our Group Buy, you agree to comply with applicable laws and our policies.
3. Shared Account Access
When you purchase a Group Buy membership on Artifixtools.com, you gain access to shared accounts for selected tools. Rules for access:
- Personal Use: Accounts are for your personal or professional use only. Sharing logins with others is prohibited.

- No Reverse Engineering: Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering accounts or tools is strictly forbidden.
- IP-Based Access: Access is monitored. Multiple IPs, account sharing, or VPN/proxy use to bypass restrictions is not allowed.
4. Usage Limits and Restrictions
Some accounts may have usage restrictions due to their shared nature. These may include:
- Daily Download Limits: Tools may impose daily caps. Exceeding limits may cause temporary suspension.
- Concurrent Access Limits: Some tools limit the number of simultaneous users. If locked out, try again later or contact support.
5. Account and Membership Management
- Membership Expiry: Access ends when your plan expires. Renewal is required to continue.
- Device Management: By default, one device is allowed. Extra IP/device slots can be purchased (two for monthly plans, three for 6-month/agency plans).
- Suspension: Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Payments and Refunds
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except under conditions in our Refund Policy.
- No Refunds for Active Memberships: Once used, memberships are non-refundable.
- Refunds for Downtime: If a “Stable” tool is down for more than 72 hours without resolution, you may be eligible for a refund.
7. Termination and Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended or terminated for:
- Violating these Terms or other policies.
- Excessive usage, abuse, or sharing login credentials.
- Using VPNs/proxies to bypass restrictions.
- Illegal activity or unauthorized access attempts.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All tools/services provided by Artifixtools.com are protected under IP laws.
Copying, redistributing, or modifying content without permission is prohibited.
Violations may result in termination and legal action.
9. Liability Disclaimer
